Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in relevant food service or entertainment operations
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Physical capability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player

  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guest service, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food and beverage management and sales expansion
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended days
