Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in relevant food service or entertainment operations
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Physical capability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player

- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guest service, consistently delivering exceptional service
- Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee food and beverage management and sales expansion
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and extended days
