Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution scheduling staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize the guest experience
- Capitalize on all business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform league administrative duties
- Recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leveraging individual team member strengths delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of the Food and Beverage program ensuring high quality standards guest satisfaction and consistent execution of corporate initiatives
