Job Requirements

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays
- Ability to handle extended workdays as needed

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
- Schedule staffing to meet operational needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- Maintain relationship with league bowlers and perform administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- Motivate team and delegate tasks effectively
- Oversee food and beverage program and ensure quality standards
