Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and communications
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and promoting sales
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
