Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • customer service mindset
  • ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
