Job Requirements
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to manage multiple team members and problem solve in real time
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Commitment to guest satisfaction
- Prior experience in entertainment or hospitality management preferred
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong team player with leadership skills
- Exceptional ability to develop and train staff
- Proven customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Champion guest satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints
- Schedule staffing to optimize center operations and guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to increase sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop relationships with league participants and manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee food and beverage program management and sales expansion
- Adapt to flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
