Job Requirements

  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to manage multiple team members and problem solve in real time
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Prior experience in entertainment or hospitality management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong team player with leadership skills
  • Exceptional ability to develop and train staff
  • Proven customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Champion guest satisfaction and timely resolution of complaints
  • Schedule staffing to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to increase sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop relationships with league participants and manage league administration
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food and beverage program management and sales expansion
  • Adapt to flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
