Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and addressing guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center’s needs and optimize the guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
- Lead and motivate team members, leveraging their strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee food and beverage management ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
