Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and addressing guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center’s needs and optimize the guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members, leveraging their strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee food and beverage management ensuring high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
