Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant management experience
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and develop hourly staff
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • Hone operational execution by scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • Oversee the Food and Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and driving sales while training staff for consistent execution
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
