Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant management experience
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop hourly staff
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift with assistance

Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff

- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Hone operational execution by scheduling staffing to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead, motivate, and delegate to the team to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Oversee the Food and Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and driving sales while training staff for consistent execution
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
