Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or hospitality operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and mentor team members
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Proven customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and adhere to league formats
  • Recruit, hire, train and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team, delegating tasks effectively to maximize center productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction through ongoing training and supervision
