Job Duties
- champion guest service and resolve complaints proactively
- hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels effectively
- execute marketing strategies to boost bowling league and open play participation
- nurture strong relationships with bowling leagues and administer league duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
