Job Duties

  • champion guest service and resolve complaints proactively
  • hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels effectively
  • execute marketing strategies to boost bowling league and open play participation
  • nurture strong relationships with bowling leagues and administer league duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
