Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- 2 or more years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work nights weekends and holidays
- ability to manage and develop a diverse team
- flexible to work extended shifts as needed
- capable of standing walking and bending for periods of time

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service actively resolving guest complaints and soliciting feedback
- schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers managing league formats and communications
- recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage programs maintaining quality standards and fostering a sales culture
- work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- fill in for the General Manager as needed managing all aspects of the center and floor operations
