Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • capability to lift objects with assistance
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation by leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • oversee the management and expansion of your center’s food and beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
