Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- capability to lift objects with assistance
- strong leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and influence them through effective motivation by leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- oversee the management and expansion of your center’s food and beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
