Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of relevant management experience
- Ability to supervise and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proven customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to supervise and motivate center operations staff
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize center operations and guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead, motivate, and delegate responsibilities to team members effectively
- Oversee the food and beverage program to ensure quality and drive sales
- Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when necessary
