Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant management experience
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
  • Ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Ability to supervise and motivate center operations staff

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate responsibilities to team members effectively
  • Oversee the food and beverage program to ensure quality and drive sales
  • Maintain flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when necessary
