Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties
- recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- lead the team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths delegate tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- oversee management and expansion of the food and beverage program ensure highest quality standards and guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision establish a thriving sales culture
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
