Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Hone operational execution and optimize staffing schedules
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead team members through effective delegation
- Oversee and expand food and beverage offerings to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
- Remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
