Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Hone operational execution and optimize staffing schedules
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Motivate and lead team members through effective delegation
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage offerings to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
  • Remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
