Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player

- Ability to work varying shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle physical demands of walking bending standing and lifting with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers managing league formats and administrative duties
- Recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead motivate and delegate to the team maximizing guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
