Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
  • Commitment to team development and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards
