Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to resolve guest complaints effectively
- Commitment to team development and guest satisfaction

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high-quality standards
