Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- optimize operational execution by scheduling appropriate staffing levels
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team through effective delegation
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
