Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- exceptional people developer
- excellent customer service skills
- knowledge of POS register systems
- ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to meet center needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand the center’s Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
