Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service
- solicit valuable feedback and resolve guest complaints promptly
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision on corporate initiatives and standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
