Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service
  • solicit valuable feedback and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and supervision on corporate initiatives and standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
