Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity
  • oversee the food and beverage program and ensure quality standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
