Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity
- oversee the food and beverage program and ensure quality standards
- work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
