Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum two years of management experience in food service or hospitality operations
  • Ability to supervise and lead center operations staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting objects with some assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise center staff

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities like bowling leagues and open play
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and service excellence
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
