Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years of management experience in food service or hospitality operations
- Ability to supervise and lead center operations staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Capable of lifting objects with some assistance
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people development skills
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Proven ability to lead and supervise center staff
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule and manage staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities like bowling leagues and open play
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and grow the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and service excellence
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
