Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in food service or related operations
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift objects with assistance
  • willingness to work on-site at entertainment centers

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • excellent team player
  • strong people development skills
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform associated administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
