Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in food service or related operations
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with assistance
- willingness to work on-site at entertainment centers
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- excellent team player
- strong people development skills
- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and actively resolve guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform associated administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead, motivate, and delegate tasks to team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
