Job Requirements

  • minimum two years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift objects with assistance in an entertainment environment
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development
  • ability to supervise and motivate a diverse hourly staff

Job Qualifications

  • proven customer service skills
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • motivate and lead the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee Food & Beverage program management and expansion
  • maintain flexibility in working hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
