Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in relevant food and entertainment settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods
- Ability to lift objects with assistance
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people development skills
- Customer service expertise
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by providing exceptional service and promptly resolving complaints
- Continually improve operational execution and manage staffing levels effectively
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues and open play
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly team
- Lead and motivate team members by leveraging their strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high standards and consistent execution of corporate initiatives
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required
