Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
- ability to lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by consistently delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- motivate and delegate to team members to maximize productivity
- oversee food and beverage program management to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
