Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift objects with assistance

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests by consistently delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • motivate and delegate to team members to maximize productivity
  • oversee food and beverage program management to ensure quality and guest satisfaction
