Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • adept at customer service
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service consistently
  • solicit guest feedback and address complaints promptly
  • manage and schedule staffing to optimize center operations
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and administer league activities
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and operational productivity
  • oversee Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and enforce corporate standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
  • fill in for General Manager as needed
