Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to supervise and motivate staff
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexible and adaptable to changing operational needs
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- adept at customer service
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service consistently
- solicit guest feedback and address complaints promptly
- manage and schedule staffing to optimize center operations
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and administer league activities
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and operational productivity
- oversee Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and enforce corporate standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days
- fill in for General Manager as needed
