Job Requirements

- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Capacity to manage a demanding work schedule averaging 50 hours per week
- Skilled in financial management including food and beverage cost control
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Physical and mental stamina for managing high-volume business

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion company core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
- Control financial metrics including food and beverage costs and labor optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
- Foster a culture of teamwork, positive interactions, and proactive engagement with guests and staff
