Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • a minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • skilled in financial management including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • exceptional communication skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • demonstrated physical and mental stamina
  • comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment
  • flexibility to manage high-volume operations
  • proven track record of exceeding performance targets

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience

  • oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
