Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- a minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- skilled in financial management including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- exceptional communication skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- demonstrated physical and mental stamina
- comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment
- flexibility to manage high-volume operations
- proven track record of exceeding performance targets
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
