Job Description

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing Lucky Strike Entertainment’s vision to life by managing daily operations that include exciting entertainment activities and delicious food offerings. This role is active and fast-paced, requiring the manager to be on their feet, coordinating multiple team members, and solving problems in real time to ensure smooth center operations. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests, deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and resolve complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing
  • capitalize on marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity, delegate effectively
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction, provide ongoing training
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and extended workdays as needed
