Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong physical and mental stamina to handle high-volume business days
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Skilled in financial management including food and beverage cost control and labor efficiency optimization
  • At least two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to inspire and guide a team
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Genuine and impactful leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
