Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Physical and mental stamina to manage demanding schedules averaging 50 hours per week
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Genuine leadership qualities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and operational excellence
  • Manage the full scope of operations including food and beverage service and entertainment venue oversight
  • Control food and beverage costs and optimize labor efficiency
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment
