Job Requirements

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Physical and mental stamina to manage demanding schedules averaging 50 hours per week
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Genuine leadership qualities

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and operational excellence
- Manage the full scope of operations including food and beverage service and entertainment venue oversight
- Control food and beverage costs and optimize labor efficiency
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment
