Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-volume environment combining food service and entertainment
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in high-energy, loud environments with multiple distractions
  • Strong financial management skills
  • Capacity for strategic and operational planning
  • Commitment to excellence and exceeding performance targets

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proven capability to manage full scope of operations
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
  • Ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
