Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform associated administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center
