Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate the team and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and a demanding schedule
- Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations, from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
