Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution scheduling staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhering to league formats and performing associated administrative duties
  • recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team through effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegating tasks as needed
  • oversee management and expansion of Food and Beverage program ensuring highest quality standards and guest satisfaction providing ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives
