Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate staff, leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks effectively
  • Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
