Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume days and demanding schedule
  • Capacity to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Genuine impactful leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
