Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume days and demanding schedule
- Capacity to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Genuine impactful leadership abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
