Job Requirements
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Physical capability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
- Willingness to step in as acting General Manager when needed
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced entertainment environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with POS register systems
- Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints proactively
- Manage operational execution and staffing to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive business including leagues and open play
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and oversee league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff effectively
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and adherence to standards
