Job Requirements

  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Physical capability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Willingness to step in as acting General Manager when needed
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced entertainment environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with POS register systems
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and address guest complaints proactively
  • Manage operational execution and staffing to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive business including leagues and open play
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and oversee league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff effectively
  • Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and adherence to standards
