Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work an average of 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Excellent physical and mental stamina
- Skilled in controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage food and beverage operations to control costs and optimize labor efficiency
- Maintain high standards of service and operational excellence across the restaurant and entertainment areas
- Coordinate scheduling and work to ensure adequate staffing during high-volume periods
