Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work an average of 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Excellent physical and mental stamina
  • Skilled in controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience

  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
  • Genuine impactful leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment combining a full-service restaurant with entertainment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage food and beverage operations to control costs and optimize labor efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of service and operational excellence across the restaurant and entertainment areas
  • Coordinate scheduling and work to ensure adequate staffing during high-volume periods
