Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Skilled in financial management
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina
  • Proven ability to manage full scope of operations
  • Genuine leadership abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • Proven capability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • Genuine and impactful leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment combining restaurant and entertainment

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
  • Manage food and beverage operations to maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Control costs and optimize labor efficiency
  • Implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and team performance
