Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming guest atmosphere
  • Proven capability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
  • Genuine impactful leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
