Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming guest atmosphere
- Proven capability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
- Genuine impactful leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion our core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
