Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week

  • A minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • The capacity to inspire and guide a team to deliver an exceptional and memorable guest experience

  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
