  • minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience

  • oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
