Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Proven capability to manage a full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate teams
- Ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
- Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and demanding schedules
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion core values while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
- Manage food and beverage operations including cost control and labor optimization
- Ensure high standards of service and operational excellence
