Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • proven leadership and team development abilities
  • customer service proficiency
  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • demonstrated ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and proactively resolve guest complaints
  • schedule and manage staff to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling to drive sales
  • maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers including managing league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality and training consistent with corporate standards
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
