Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- proven leadership and team development abilities
- customer service proficiency
- knowledge of POS register systems
- demonstrated ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and proactively resolve guest complaints
- schedule and manage staff to optimize center operations and guest experience
- execute marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling to drive sales
- maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers including managing league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee food and beverage operations ensuring quality and training consistent with corporate standards
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
