- minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days
- comfort working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
Job Qualifications
- minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- proven capability to manage the full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
- genuine, impactful leadership abilities
- ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment that combines a full-service restaurant with entertainment
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- oversee all aspects of talent management including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
