Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and labor optimization
- Proven ability to manage operations from detail-oriented daily tasks to strategic business planning
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency

Job Duties
- Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
- Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
- Embody and champion core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
