Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and labor optimization
  • Proven ability to manage operations from detail-oriented daily tasks to strategic business planning

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full scope of operations from day-to-day management to strategic planning
  • Proven leadership ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong physical and mental stamina to manage a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • Genuine, impactful leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
  • Display proactive leadership by personally interacting with team members and guests to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all
  • Oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and fostering continuous professional development for a guest-focused team
  • Embody and champion core values, while collaborating with the leadership team to drive business results and achieve operational excellence
