Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or food service
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- ability to lead and supervise staff
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform administrative duties
- recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- lead the team with effective motivation leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage program ensure high quality standards provide ongoing training and supervision
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed
