Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and motivate a team
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
- Flexibility to support extended workdays as needed
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people developer
- Customer service pro
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team leveraging their strengths to maximize satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
