Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and motivate a team
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
  • Flexibility to support extended workdays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Customer service pro
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests delivering exceptional service and addressing complaints
  • Hone operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team leveraging their strengths to maximize satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
